You don’t have to be a body builder to love going to the gym and working out.  All you have to have is determination to keep exploring your own physical abilities.  Trust me, once you start, you will be amazed at what your body can do! I’m still a beginner when it comes to weight training, but I can already tell the positive effects it is having on my life.  My hope is for you all to experience that as well!

At the end of the day, my goal is to make life seem a little less intimidating, whether its applying to a graduate program, traveling solo to a new country, or just learning proper weight training technique.  I’m here to make life a little more flavorful and a little less scary.  Have fun and don’t take life too serious!
